COMPLIANCE
We are face everyday with compliance issues - The National Building Regulations, Tax Law, Employment Law, Contract Law, Professional Laws and much more.
No wonder that we forget sometimes other crucial compliance issues that may become a big headache if something goes wrong.
This issue of 19.87 will take a look at some of the requirements of those acts, such as The Housing Consumer Protection Measures Act, The Public Access to Information Act, The Protection of Personal Information Act and The Consumer Protection Act that we tend to put on the back-burner.
Our guests will be:
Steven Basson and Frans Dekker from SAIAT, with possible other experts.

THE ARCHITECTURAL PROFESSIONAL'S ROLE AS PUBLIC EDUCATOR

Architectural professionals are more than just designers of buildings; they are also vital public educators. They hold a unique position in society, where their expertise in the built environment allows them to influence and educate the public on sustainable practices, historical preservation, and the importance of thoughtful, inclusive design.
