1. ID Document

2. Proof of Payment of application fee (R300.00). Please note that you will be invoiced for the membership fee once your application is received. All fees are payable by 31 January or within 30 days of invoice if you become a member after 31 January. You may enter into an instalment agreement once you have received your invoice.

3. Letter of Local Authority confirming employment in Building Control (to be resubmitted every year before 31 January)

4. Affidavit stating that you are not practicing architecture (to be resubmitted every year before 31 January)

Local Authority Membership fees for 2024 is R1 000.00 (pro-rated).
